quickly to danger. If stress lasts a long time, it can weaken the immune system and harm your health.

For me, stress is a feeling before difficult exams, midterms, and upcoming
exams. This fear appears 1-2 months before the end of the school year.

How I Cope with Stress?
I try to plan my time, take breaks for rest and physical activity. Walking, music, and computer games help. Sometimes it's enough to
look at a situation with humor to immediately reduce stress.
