1. 煮汤 加月桂叶。煮沸后小火炖 直到肉变软。然后把肉拿出来。
(Bring soup to a boil and add bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the
meat is tender. Then take the meat out)
2. 加盐调味 加入土豆块。煮 10-12 分钟。(Season with salt and add the
potato cubes. Cook for 10-12 minutes)
3. 炒洋葱、胡萝卜和白菜。(sauté the onions, carrots and cabbage)
4. 把炒好的蔬菜和白菜加入汤中。(Add the sautéed vegetables and cabbage
to the soup)
5. 炒甜菜根 加醋炖 5 分钟。加入西红柿 小火炖 5-7 分钟。(Stir
fry the beet, add vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and simmer
on low heat for 5-7 minutes)

8. 关火 盖上盖子 浸泡半小时。(Turn off the heat, cover and leave to soak
for half an hour)
