The relevance of the topic
Every year the demand for medical
services increases, including both its
demand and quality, and of course, all this
leads to an increase in the price and cost of
medical services. The purpose of the thesis
(project) is to create an application for
searching and making an appointment with
a doctor, where users can make an
appointment with a doctor, see the results
of the tests.

Analogues in foreign countries
Over 100,000 health software applications
are currently available for the Android and
iOS platforms. They are aimed at doctors,
patients, and people who are concerned
about their health.

can make an appointment
with a doctor and receive
their recommendations.

and also manage to bill of
particular patients. The system
has a lot of nice features that are
needed for a doctor to handle
their patients easily.

Experimental verification of effectiveness
These calculations indicate a reduction
in labor costs of up to 81% for
processing requests from clinic clients
when using this software. This reduction
in labor costs implies a reduction in the
volume of work to process the flow of
calls and requests, by increasing
automation, as well as improving the
quality of service, which confirms the
effectiveness of the implementation of
this software.

Economic efficiency
○The clinic, having acquired the software product developed in the project, at a
total cost of 2204522.75 tenge, will reduce labor costs by 65% ​and pay back these
investments within 0.45 years, i.e. within 9 months and will receive an economic
effect in saving 4,820,273.25 tenge, which proves the profitability of acquiring
and implementing the product developed in the project into its activities.

Practical value
There are very few services around the world for
making appointments with doctors that will help you
solve your problems optimally. Also, after the
coronavirus pandemic, there were a lot of patients
who come to the hospital and stand in queues,
thereby risking infecting other people.
The applications that we will develop will help
people not to stand in long queues, thereby saving
their time and not violating quarantine measures.

Conclusion
The doctor's appointment app has been converted to a website and mobile app on two different platforms:
iOS and Android.
The website is being developed for users to authenticate, consult and make an appointment with a doctor.
A calendar for viewing existing entries on the site and in the mobile app is being developed as an important
part of the project.
Architecture and relationships between tables are still under development.
At the moment, the main functions are provided to users for testing and troubleshooting at the first level.
Socio-economic significance of the created application
The application simplifies all appointment decisions for doctors and clinics, taking into account the age of
users and their situation. The design of the application has been simplified for convenience and good
understanding
