Responsibilities
Undergo mentorship and training sessions led by senior agents to gain insights into property
management, sales techniques, and effective customer interactions.
Participate in structured training programs designed to develop proficiency in various aspects
of real estate practice, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Engage in hands-on learning experiences, supported by mentor feedback and guidance, to
acquire practical skills essential for success in the industry.
Manage client inquiries and communications efficiently, leveraging PSM's tools and resources.
Coordinate property listings, including photography, descriptions, and advertising campaigns.
Conduct property valuations independently using PSM's valuation tools and data.
Assist in negotiations and deal closings, aiming to expand the property portfolio.
Build relationships with clients and leverage PSM's contractor networks for
property maintenance and improvement.
Milestones
Completion of basic training modules on real estate principles and ethics.
Ability to conduct property research and basic market analysis independently.
PORTFOLIO:
10 PROPERTIES
Assisting in closing first property deal under supervision.
Target: 10 properties in your portfolio - £3,000 per month / £36k per annum.

YEAR 2:
JUNIOR PARTNER
Responsibilities
"IT'S GETTING
SERIOUS"
Hybrid working – coming into the office.
Same responsiblities as year 1, plus:
Dedeicate 20 – 25 hours.
Milestones
Achievement of required licensing and certifications for real estate practice.
Successful management of a portfolio of 25 properties.
Independently handling client interactions and negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to attract new clients and listings using PSM's marketing materials and
channels.
Positive feedback from clients on service quality and professionalism.
PORTFOLIO:
25 PROPERTIES
Target 25 properties - £7500 per month / £90k per annum.

YEAR 3:
SENIOR PARTNER
Responsibilities
"LOVING IT"
Work with the directors to Implement innovative marketing strategies using PSM's marketing
materials and platforms.
Same responsiblities as year 1 and 2, plus
Mentor junior agents and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning with insights from market
trends and PSM's resources.
Target
Implementation of successful marketing campaigns leading to increased brand visibility and
client acquisition.
Recognition from senior partners for leadership and contribution to the agency's growth.
Contribution to the growth of the agency's revenue and market share.
PORTFOLIO:
40 PROPERTIES
Successful management of a portfolio of 40 properties. - £12000 per month/
£144k per annum

FULL PARTNER
Responsibilities
Responsibility of managing their own branch office – set up and paid by PSM Estates.
"BOSS LEVEL"
Manage the operations of the branch office, including staff management, client relations, and
strategic planning.
Continuously innovate and adapt to market changes, leveraging the support of the central admin
team.
Milestones
Successful establishment and management of a branch office or specialized department.
Expansion of the agency's market presence and revenue streams.
Recognition as a leading figure in the local real estate industry.
Sustained profitability and growth of the agency under partnership leadership.
PORTFOLIO:
UNLIMITED
Successful management of a portfolio of unlimited properties.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We will implement a comprehensive training
and development program featuring:
- regular sessions;
- workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
To ensure the highest quality of education and
skill development, we will enlist top talent from
around the world to deliver workshops, provide
motivational speeches, and lead a mentoring
program.
Our aim is to cultivate individuals into gold
standard estate agents, equipped with the
knowledge, expertise, and motivation to excel
in the industry.
Legal Training: Comprehensive training on UK
property laws and regulations will be provided.
Examples include:
- landlord and tenant rights;
- property conveyancing procedures, and
compliance
with
relevant
housing
legislation.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
We'll
conduct
regular
performance
evaluations to track progress towards
milestones and offer constructive feedback.

FEES AND AGREEMENT
You move from one year to the other (you can call it PHASES),
once you achieve the target number of properties.
YEAR 1 FEE
50%
There's a lot of hand holding, showing you
everything we know and taking up
properties together to build your portfolio.
Help you manage them effectively to ensure
you are able to retain them going forward.
YEAR 3 AND
BEYOND FEE 40%
At this stage you should be knowledge,
experienced and qualified in the real estate
business. You have the tools and resources
at hand for support but managing the
portfolio with minimal director support.
YEAR 2 FEE
45%
More freedom and flexibility.
Here when you need us but actively helping
you to build the portfolio while providing
the tools and resources from head office.
BRANCH
MANAGEMENT
You manage your very own branch.
At this point the sky is the limit in the
number of properties in the portfolio.
The more you grow the better for both of us!
