Roast beef
Roast beef is a dish of English cuisine, which is a large piece of beef meat
baked in an oven. Sometimes roast beef is cooked on a grill or stewed.

Haggis
Haggis is a national Scottish dish made from lamb giblets (heart, liver and
lungs), chopped with onions, oatmeal, lard, seasonings and salt and cooked in
lamb rennet. In Russian cuisine, there is a dish similar in ingredients and
cooking method — nanny. Externally, haggis looks like stuffed animal
intestines or homemade sausage. The dish is served with a side dish of "nips
and tatties" (mashed rutabaga and potatoes). There are also vegetarian haggis
recipes.

Fish and chips
Fish and chips are dishes of British cuisine, which is a fish fillet (in most
cases, cod meat is used) in batter, deep-fried and served with French fries in
large slices or potato chips.It is considered an unofficial national dish of Great
Britain and is an integral part of British cuisine.

British cuisine is very diverse and special. British cuisine has a number of
national and regional variations, such as English cuisine, Scottish cuisine,
Welsh cuisine, Gibraltarian cuisine and Anglo-Indian cuisine, each of which
has developed its own regional or local dishes, many of which are named
after their places of origin.
