Childhood
• Young Ivan’s future was decided
before he even got born – his mother
was USSR master of sport in sport
acrobatics so since his very young
age he would stay in the gym with his
mother until the very evening.

Early career
• While Ivan was practicing in the
gym with his mother a famous
coach Petr Ivanovich Zaycev
noticed a spark in the young
guy and was confident that he
will be the next future star.
With a great coaching Ivan was
quickly improving and proved
his talent when the main coach
of national jumping team Olga
Vlasova signed him in 2016.

Main achievements and wins
• After being signed to the main national team in 2018 Ivan already got
the first place among juniors in Europe. In 2019 after being moved to
the adult league he secured his title as one of the best jumpers in
Tokyo after getting the first place in team tournament and second
place in solo tournament. As sportsman stated “Covid-19 helped me
to get to the Olympics in 2021” and those Olympics helped him to
earn another first place medal in team tournament, but his solo
performance worsened, giving him only the 22st place.
