disciplines, is the initiator and developer of educational programs, and is actively

Mergul Kulakhmetova is doctor PhD of Philological Sciences, Professor

teacher but also a moderator. Mergul actively participates in the development of
new disciplines and Educational Programs and initiates the introduction of
