2.
Project objectivesAs the example of modern residential
building attention to modern residential
development of a large area.
3.
New UK residential areaIn the north-east of London today there is modern residential complex.
In total another 5 residential blocks will be built near this area, designed for 6800 housing
units, this also includes such types of residential buildings as: townhouses, ordinary low-rise
and high-rise apartment buildings, maisonettes and houses of individual development.
4.
The district we arelooking at is the first one
built on this area, with
about 850 dwelling units
built in it. The area is
conceived as a family
area: 75% of apartments
and
townhouses
are
designed for families with
children, and 28% for twoperson
residents
and
people living alone.
5.
Planning structureThe planning structure of residential buildings is impressive. Each house has its own
layout, not like the other.
Consider the different planning system within each housing unit:
6.
Townhouses have their own
entrance group to the premises;
inside, large kitchens are usually
designed with full equipment of
appliances and furniture, which,
if desired, can be replaced or
created on an individual basis;
Stacked maisonettes form living
spaces for several families in
one building - this is true for
very large families who want to
always be close to each other;
Low-rise apartment buildings
contain affordable housing in
the form of 1-3 bedroom
apartments suitable for different
residents of the area.
7.
Construction MaterialsAll residential buildings in the district are different, designed according to an individual
project. At the same time, the general style, the style of the Victorian era inherent in
Londoners in its modern execution and using the latest building materials, is observed.
8.
All rooms of apartments andindividual
houses
are
equipped with sound and
noise
insulation.
All
communications
for
a
comfortable life are already
built into the walls and
flooring. The type of all
structures is monolithic.
According
to
the
constructive
scheme
frameless and mixed type,
depending on the type of
residential building.
9.
Strict shades are used in the finishing, such as black, white, beige, gray, brown andother facade colors.
Entrance and window groups are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is so
important in rainy Britain.
10.
InfrastructureOn the streets of the district there is no uniformity in infrastructure, landscape and
buildings.
All crossings of driveways and sidewalks are made at the same level, so that people do not
have to go down from the curbs.
11.
LandscapingThroughout the territory, in
the yards of apartment
buildings and complexes with
townhouses, very high-quality
landscaping spaces have been
created with places for leisure
and recreation for residents.
Low shrubs, robats, flower
beds, curtains and tapeworms
- this is an incomplete list of
everything that surrounds this
residential development.
12.
Children's zones with play complexes for children of different ages are made of naturalmaterials, sports grounds are equipped with modern exercise equipment suitable for adults
and children, as well as for elderly residents of the district.
