monument to Viktor Tsoi
The monument to Viktor Tsoi
was erected in the city of
Barnaul on November 20,
2010. The sculpture is
installed next to the building
of the Altai Pedagogical
University on Socialist
Avenue.

Barnaul Mountain Park
The park is located in the
central district of the city of
Barnaul near the Ob River.In
the evening, lights come on
in the highland park. A wide
panorama of the city and the
valley of the Ob River with a
new bridge opens.

Our favorite attraction is
the Barnaul embankment.
In summer we like to spend
time there. It was built in
2018. Steamboats that sail
along the Ob River leave the
embankment
