DESIGN

ADT (Part II) - sets out the basic requirements for the installation of
roads and utilities.

SKETCH PROJECT
A sketch project is an architectural and
construction design phase. At this stage, the
initial design of the object is carried out, which
allows to determine the main features of the
building, its location and appearance. That is, the
sketch design allows the customer to have a
detailed idea of the future structure of the
structure, i.e. to see the drawings of the interior
floor plan and the exterior of the house, including
the size.

WORKING PROJECT
The working project is the final stage of architectural and construction work. At this stage, there will be direct preparation for the

КОНСТРУКТИВНЫЕ РЕШЕНИЕ

раздел в составе проектной документации,
который отражает архитектурные решения в
виде конкретных расчетных данных.
• КЖ-Проектирование железобетонных
конструкций выполняют для устройства
фундаментов, обустройства плит
перекрытий, возведения колонн, ригелей и
диафрагм жесткости (если речь идет о
каркасных зданиях), устройства лестниц и
консолей.
• КМ-При строительстве нежилых объектов
довольно часто применяются
металлоконструкции. рабочую
документацию по конструкциям можно
разделить на две группы. Первая — это
непосредственно документация по
конструкциям металлическим.Она
составляется на основе материалов
техпроекта для последующего создания
деталировочных чертежей. Вторая часть —
деталировка металлических конструкций. В
этом случае прорабатываются все элементы
конструкций по отдельности.
