BackgroundStrategy and Mission
Transportation in Nigeria
Traffic is unbeatable in major cities: Lagos, Abuja,
Port-Harcourt
More than 200,000,000 personnel and 11.8+ million
licensed cars on Nigeria's roads.
Our Strategy
To be profitable for the Industry and stakeholders.
100% free helicopter pilot training (to buyers of new
helicopter),
Main problems of Helicopter in Nigeria
100% helicopter maintenance and pilot training to
buyers or it’s representative,
No affordable private helicopters in Nigeria for Private
use;
Affordable than luxury cars for buyers,
There is less Government support for helicopters;
Commercial helicopters difficulties and expensive to fly
for private use due to high cost of purchase, air-taxi,
maintenance and pilot training.
Buyer-oriented, easy to operate
To be privately owned and flown by individual.
Maintenance guarantee for buyers of new and used
helicopters.
We aim to improve Nigerian helicopter industry easy and
comfortable to fly.

For monitoring (surveillance) and aerial photography.
For emergency medical purpose.
For commercial purposes (air taxi).
For environmental research (e.g.: mining discoveries).
For transportation (light cargo).
For governance and enhancing reachability in risk area (such as:
HV transmission lines, on hillsides, nuclear, oil fields).
For guided tours (e.g: across the country).
For agricultural / farming.
Aerial patrols/inspections of critical infrastructure, power lines,
railways, roads, pipelines and gas pipes..
100% practical helicopter maintenance and helicopter
pilot training.
For governments who intend to get to its destination without

List of Civilian Helicopter Operators in Nigeria:
As shown on the map: Aero Contractors Nigeria, Atlantic Aviation,
Bristow Helicopters Nigeria, Caverton, CHC Helicopters Nigeria,
HAK Air, Odengene Air Shuttle Services, Omni Blu Aviation, Tropical
Arctic Logistics.
Their Operating methods:
Uses different helicopter models depending on the destination.
Caveton Helicopters bridge the gap in the onshore and offshore
Needed to be chartered or booked.
High costs to purchase or for air-taxi.
We do not seems to have any competitor. Our project is totally different from the existing helicopter
operators. We are bringing a new method of flying, training, personal owned helicopter that anyone can fly.
We are training using Robinson helicopters.
Our vision: To be the best private helicopter producing Company in the Africa.

Providing an air-taxi system, with air regulations and maximum safety, whereby we setup
multiple takeoff and landing discs (helipad) around the cities.
The uses of this helicopter and forthcoming manufactured ones will spans from private use
to official government.
Looking to improve on the technology after this first build to introduce auto-pilot
helicopters that will make flying effortless.
