Affirmative sentences
Present Simple – простое настоящее время. С помощью него
описываются действия и факты, актуальные на сегодняшний день
(то есть: наши привычки, обычаи; то, что происходит регулярно
без сбоев; события по постоянному расписанию и т.д.).

To be – глагол-связка, на русский язык он не переводится.
Основное значение – «быть». Мы используем его, чтобы
связать подлежащее предложения с качествами, которые
мы ему приписываем.
