Test task
One of the goals of Newfire marketing team is to support recruitment team in filling in roles by increasing employer brand awareness,
generating recruitment leads (candidates) and nurturing them, ultimately aiming to move them down the recruitment funnel.
Task:
Please suggest you vision of a comprehensive content campaign to target React engineers. Campaign can include short-term and longterm initiatives and can encompass various channels including but not limited to: landing page/website, PPC campaign, social media
organic, article, interview, email marketing etc. Please share specific copies that you would draft for each chosen channel.
The task will be evaluated by:
if the content is creative, compelling and strong
depth and breadth of thinking process, research and analysis
structured and clear representation
Volume: enough to demonstrate your skills, however its recommended to include at least 2 short-copies, one long-form, and a mix of those
(for instance for email communication).
Language: since the role implies exercise with 2 languages please provide some content pieces in Ukrainian, some in English. Up to you
to split.
Format: whichever represents your work the best.
