Final Consonants
‘Batchim’ is the consonant placed under the ‘c + v’ in the ‘consonant + vowel + consonant’
configuration. Most of the consonants (ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ, ㅅ, ㅇ, ㅈ, ㅊ, ㅋ, ㅌ, ㅍ, ㅎ, ㄲ, ㅆ) can
be used as a consonant base, but the pronunciation is restricted to 7 sounds of ‘ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ,
ㅇ’.
