Ask your students to choose 2 holiday photos from their photo albums:
a) one that they like,
b) one they wish hadn’t been taken.
(in pairs) S1 shows these to S2.
S2 should work out
1) which photo was chosen for which option
(a or b);
2) reasons to support that choice.

a) one that you like

• and try to guess which photo was
chosen for which option:
• Show your partner these photos.
a) one that your partner likes,
b) one s/he wishes hadn’t been taken.
• Listen to your partner and say if s/he
guessed right / wrong.
• Explain why you keep these photos
in your photo album.
(who/what, what kind; location, weather; action;
emotions, intentions; mood, atmosphere; …)
• Explain why you think so, give
reasons.
