Park named after A. Shcherbakov, located at the bank of two city ponds.
This park, a favorite of Donetsk residents, was founded in 1932. The central
entrance [ˈentrəns] (вход) of the park is on Universitetskaya Street.
And inside, in the center of the park, is a statue called the Good Angel of
Peace.
When you go to the right [raɪt] (право) there is a complex of children's
attractions, a rollerdrome and a boat station. And on the left [left] (лево) there
is the main fountain, where nearby [ˌnɪəˈbaɪ] (поблизости) you can enjoy
[ɪnˈdʒɔɪ] (наслаждаться) one of the greatest rose gardens where more than
30 thousand roses are planted [ɑːr plɑːntəd] (посажены) .
