Classicism as a trend appeared in Europe
in the 18th century.It is said that classical
works of art are connected with or
influenced by the art of ancient Greece
and Rome.If we look at some paintings of
that period,we will see that they possess
such qualities as balance,regularity and
simplicity of form.They follow ancient
models and don`t give way to any
feelings
