The Introduction of Disposable Fluff
Pads
• The fluff pads are composed of 5 layers:
• Nonwoven
• Top-sheet tissue
• Fluff pulp
• Back-sheet tissue
• PE film
• If the super absorbent powder is needed, it will be added in
the pads by mixing it with the fluff pulp

The Procedures of Production
the fluff pulp rolls are loaded on the
machine and broken up into powder fibers
by the hammer mill

the back-sheet and top-sheet tissues
carry the fluff pulp fiber and transfer it
to the next step, embossment

two layers of tissue with the fluff pulp fiber in between, is being
embossed—forming the core

the cutter cuts the core to the size that is programed in advance

Meanwhile, the nonwoven and PE film are being transferred to meet
with the embossed core; and being lightly glued together.During this
progress,if required,the adhesive tapes can be added in the PE film.

the Spots monitor screens the entire long
sheet on line. The alarm goes off if any foreign
material is detected.

The sheet is transferred to the second
cutter, being cut to the designed size and
folded at the same time.

Now, the under pads are completed,
ready for being packed
