2. Introduction
• Hello! Today we're going to look at severalinteresting places in Dnipro that is worth to visit,
and maybe we'll do that in the near future, who
knows. And for that, in this presentation i'm going
to show some of these places, and show you
directions. It's sort of a trip guide, about the places
themselves you should find out by yourselves, you
may also hire a guide if you want to.
• And in addition, here's some stuff you probably
would like to know, if it's first time visiting Dnipro
and for bit of clarification.
Cool looking yellowing tree I took on
my way back to dorm :)
3. Just to clarify
• If you want to visit some cafeteria or a place to eat - look around the AvenueDmytra Yavornytsʹkoho(you’ll face it if you come outside of the 4th building) and
even neighbor streets, there's a bunch of those.
• If you want to find trash bin to throw really quick - fear not, they placed nearly on
every crossroad you can find, and not only there.
• For the public transport, the places that i'm going to show you can be reached by a
single Tram no.1, and, since it's pretty expensive if you want to look at entire city –
4 hryvnias for a single ride! So you want to take a one day ticket for a price of two
and a half rides – 10, because you're going to use trams a lot, if you want to visit
everything in a single day.

National Museum of Dmytra YavornytsʹkohoWe'll start from the closest one. That is the
National Museum of Dmytra Yavornytsʹkoho.
To get there you should exit the 4th building
of the University and cross the road, choose
either of sides, let's say, from the right side.
You should cross the road twice, then go left
and there it is. Yes, it's placed right on the
other side of the avenue! Pretty simple.
5.
Park Lazarya HlobyOur next place will be Lazarya Hloby park, this
time we'll finally take our first ride on a tram.
When you'll come out of the National Museum
you should face the university, that is on the
other side of the road. Take your step to the
right and walk a bit right after you reach the
crossroad, you should be in a tram stop. There's
only one tram going through this stop, so take it
when you see one. Drive all the way through
Stolyarova St. You should see a statue to your
left side and pretty big space. When you come
out of the tram, face it and cross the road
behind it. And you're at the park!
