ABOUT PROJECT
Shining Russia – the biggest national annual
project of AIESEC in Russia. Which is
connecting hundreds of interns from all over the
world.
500 interns will be working in 50 camps in
Krasnodar region this summer.

3.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED
To make sure that the interns and the children
in camps will get BEST EXPERIENCE we are
looking for:
active
responsible
creative people
to coordinate work of interns in camps.

4. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Interns work coordination
- Solving any issues
- Communicating with camp
administration
- Making the report once a
week
- Helping interns to adapt in a
camp
- Helping interns in
communication with children
*this list of responsibilities is not the final one. There
might be some additions depending on a concrete
camp request. Volunteer will be informed about it
beforehand

5. CONDITIONS

-
Room share with other interns
Nutrition provided (3 times per day)
Shower (mostly public)
Toilets (can be outside, camping
conditions)
- Working hours – 30 per week
