Every technologist-aesthetist should be able to provide services of professional
manicure, make-up, including correction of eyebrows and eyelashes, and also be able
to do professional massage, depilation and apply facial masks.

5. What does this profession include?

• To sanitize the contact zone when providing manicure and pedicure services;
• Be able to analyze the condition of nails, skin and muscle tone;
• Determine the choice of a set of services for massage, make-up, manicure and
pedicure;
Ability to control all stages of technological processes of services;
To carry out artistic decoration of nails;
Advise people on skin care;
Perform a professional make-up.

9. We also study English, but what for?

• We have not so much everyday job that you can do a manicure
today, and tomorrow you’ll have a massage. So with English,
today we got a client who knows Russian, but where is the
probability that tomorrow there will be no client who does not
know Russian? On this, I believe that we need English to
communicate with customers, colleagues and just for ourselves
