Warehouses – buildings and equipment for
storing, recording and issuing of all material
assets in construction, in the form of enclosed
spaces, canopies, stacks of outdoor and special
areas.

3. What are the warehouses?

Warehouses and sheds are used for storing cargoes during any periods of time
before they are conveyed to the quays and loaded on board. There are singlefloor-two-floor-, and mul-tifloor sheds and warehouses in a modem port. In the
warehouses special care should be taken to ensure even distribution of natural
and artificial light-ing .
