CHROMALOK 7304 COMPONENT BONDER
• What it is: A two-component, 100% reactive, rubber-toughened structural methacrylate
adhesive specially formulated for bonding metals, thermoplastics, thermosets, and
composite assemblies.
• Key Features: Convenient 1:1 mix ratio, non-sagging and thixotropic formulation with
excellent impact, peel, and shear resistance making it reliable for demanding
structural applications.
• Applications: Ideal for bonding FRP, PVC, ABS, Nylon, Epoxy, Aluminum, and Stainless
Steel widely used in Marine Assemblies, Automotive Components, Appliances, and
Furniture; also recommended for installing under mount fasteners.
• Technical Specs: Available in 400ml cream-colored packing working time of 5–7
minutes, fixture time of 14–20 minutes, tensile elongation of 10–14%, and a high
shear strength of 3,100–3,500 PSI.
