1. I’d like to present my favourite piece of art to you. 2.This
is a famous wall painting which is called the Last Supper.
3.The masterpiece is situated at the monastery of Santa
Maria delle Grazie in Milan, Italy. 4. This painting was
created by the outstanding artist of the Renaissance period
Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th century. 5. It is painted with
materials that are allowed for regular alterations: tempera
on gesso, pitch, and mastic. 6. The painting represents the
scene of the Last Supper of Jesus with the Twelve Apostles,
specifically the moment after Jesus announces that one of
his apostles will betray him. 7. The Last Supper portrays the
reaction given by each apostle when Jesus said one of them
was a traitor. 8. I like this painting very much as I think it is
brilliant and amazing. It is a real masterpiece by da Vinci.
