During the scheduled inspection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations there were revealed remarks
on fire safety. Namely:
1. Office premises are not separated from storage rooms by fire walls and ceilings.
2. Evacuation routes do not meet the minimum permissible standards in terms of width.
3. Evacuation stairways do not comply with the standards in terms of the number of steps
4.The height of voice alarms does not meet the standards. 5.
5. Evacuation exits do not provide the possibility of their free opening

A precept to eliminate these remarks was issued. At the next inspection, in case of operation of this
building, a fine of 3-4 thousand dollars will be issued. In case of further operation of the existing building,
the fine will be increased to 4-8 thousand dollars or suspension of activities for up to 30 days (Article 20.4
of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
At present, the operation of this building has been stopped, and the R&D staff have been stationed all
over the factory, which affects the discomfort of the R&D department's work performance.
