2. Health is our greatest wealth!

Why do I care about my health?
I want to feel energetic every day.
I want to study well and have good grades.
I want to play with my friends and do sports.
I want to grow strong and happy.

3. My morning routine

Get up at 7 a.m.
I do morning exercises (5–
10 minutes).
Wash my face and brush my
teeth.
I eat a healthy breakfast
(porridge, eggs, or cottage
cheese pancakes).
Drink a glass of tea.

4. Healthy eating

My healthy food choices:
Fruits (apples, bananas, oranges).
Vegetables (carrots, cucumbers,
tomatoes).
Dairy products (milk, yogurt,
cheese).
Whole grains (brown bread,
oatmeal).
Lean meat and fish.
I avoid:
Too much sugar (sweets,
chocolate).
Fast food (hamburgers, chips).
Sugary drinks (cola, lemonade).

5. Physical activity

How I stay active:
I walk to school (20–
30 minutes).
I play soccer/basketball with
friends after classes.
I go swimming once a week.
On weekends I ride my bike
around the village.

6. Good sleep habits

My sleep rules:
I go to bed at 9 p.m.
I sleep 9–10 hours every night.
I don’t use my phone 1 hour
before bed.
I keep my room dark and
quiet.
I wake up easily in the
morning.

7. Personal hygiene

Every day I:
Wash my hands before eating
and after coming home.
Brush my teeth twice a day.
Take a shower every evening.
Keep my nails short and
clean.
Change my clothes daily.

8. Mental health

How I stay mentally healthy:
I talk to my parents and
friends about my feelings.
I read books and listen to
calm music.
I spend time in nature (forest).
I laugh and joke with my
friends!

9. Bad habits I avoid

I never:
Smoke or use vapes.
Drink alcohol.
Stay up too late playing
games.
Eat junk food every day.
