1. I worked in the Fergana regional branch of the Institute for Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society from 2015 to 2017.

During this period, I was responsible for monitoring the free and effective operation of
civil institutions and NGOs in the Fergana region based on the national concept of building civil society in
Uzbekistan.
From 2018 to 2021, I taught International Law, General Theory of Human Rights, and Financial and
Administrative Law at the Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of
Uzbekistan in Fergana.

From 2021 to the end of 2023, I worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In particular, I
worked as an inspector on an important assignment in the International Cooperation
Department of the Ministry. During my career, I coordinated and established international
cooperation relations with law enforcement agencies in more than 30 countries in the AsiaPacific region, South and Central Asia, as well as the Middle East.

In particular, I participated in organizing meetings of coordination groups on
the prevention of transborder crimes and the fight against terrorism, formed
with the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Central Asian countries. I participated in
the development and signing of memorandums of cooperation with the
Korean National Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Security of the People's
Republic of China, and the Japanese National Police Agency.

During my career, I visited foreign countries and had the opportunity to closely
study the activities of police representatives there and the working order of this
system.

At the same time, I participated in international events organized in our
country and held talks with representatives of the diplomatic corps located in
our capital.

I have held numerous Zoom meetings in the process of organizing international
events related to the ministry's activities and developing international
documents, such as international treaties, memoranda of understanding, and
cooperation plans.

In 2024, I worked in the Investments, Industry and Trade Department of the
Governor of Fergana Region. During this period, I actively participated in
attracting foreign investments to the region and organizing investment
exhibitions.
