Ingredients:
Preparation:
1 cup of Milk
Using a mixer, beat together milk, eggs and salt. Beat in flour.
2 Eggs
Pick the pan up off the heat and pour in a little batter. Return
the pan back to the heat. Fry until edges look crisp. Flip it over
and fry for 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the
remaining batter.
1 pinch of Salt
¾ cups of Flour

Top with any combination you like: salmon, caviar, sour cream or
simply with jam or honey!
