ARTISTIC CONTRACT / CONTRATO ARTÍSTICO
The present contract is made between María Teresa Chirinos Versace, DNI 08255648, General
Manager and legal representative of Prodartes SAC, RUC 20512368078, with address at Mariano
de los Santos 198, Dpto. 302, San Isidro, Lima – Peru, hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY,
and KRISTINA VOROBEVA, with passport No. FA3617700, hereinafter referred to as THE ARTIST,
under the following terms and conditions:

La
, Artista entregará los pasaportes válidos (más de 6 meses de vigencia) de ella y su elenco al
menos 90 días antes de la llegada. La Empresa cubre los costos de emisión de visa; La Artista
cubre
la recogida en la embajada, que será reembolsada al llegar a Lima.

Artist
will bring her costumes and equipment within flight baggage limits (1 piece 23kg + 1 carryi
on 12kg). Additional baggage must be discussed.

La Artista traerá sus vestuarios y materiales dentro del límite de equipaje (1 pieza 23 kg + 1 de mano
a12 kg). Exceso deberá coordinarse previamente.
The Artist agrees to attend promotional photo sessions and press events as required.
–La Artista participará en sesiones fotográficas y eventos de prensa cuando sea requerido.
The Artist will be present at rehearsals, parades, and backstage at least 2 hours before each show.
La Artista estará presente en ensayos, desfiles y en backstage al menos 2 horas antes de cada
función.
The Artist agrees to maintain good behavior, follow accommodation rules, avoid alcohol and drugs,
and respect all staff. Misconduct may result in dismissal and return at her own expense.
La Artista mantendrá buena conducta, cumplirá normas del alojamiento, no consumirá alcohol ni
drogas, y respetará al personal. Mala conducta puede resultar en su retiro y retorno a su costo.
The Artist may be required to adjust music, costumes, or choreography as per the director’s concept;
costs will be covered by The Company.
La Artista podrá requerir ajustes en música, vestuario o coreografía según el concepto del director;
los costos serán cubiertos por La Empresa.
The Artist acknowledges working with artists, directors, and staff of various nationalities.
La Artista acepta compartir escena con artistas, directores y técnicos de diversas nacionalidades.
3. COMPANY PAYMENTS / PAGOS DE LA EMPRESA
The Company guarantees a minimum of 26 workdays from July 17 to August 18, 2025.
La Empresa garantiza un mínimo de 26 días de trabajo entre el 17 de julio y el 18 de agosto de
2025.
Performance fees:
• $490 for days with 1–2 shows
• $625 for days with 3 shows
Festival participation (July 10–13) is unpaid but included as part of the program.
Honorarios:
• $490 por días con 1–2 funciones

La participación en el festival (10–13 de julio) no será remunerada.
Payments will be made every 15 days starting from the first show. Final payment in advance before
last 3 shows. Paid by check (immediate cash) or bank transfer at the Artist’s cost.
Los pagos se realizarán cada 15 días desde la primera función. El pago final será anticipado antes
de las últimas 3 funciones. Se pagará con cheque (cobrable inmediatamente) o por transferencia
bancaria a costo de la Artista.
4. COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS / OBLIGACIONES DE LA EMPRESA
Provide roundtrip international flights: Uzbekistan – Lima – Uzbekistan. If Artist purchases the
tickets, reimbursement will occur once in Lima.
Proporcionar vuelos internacionales de ida y vuelta: Uzbekistán – Lima – Uzbekistán. Si la Artista
compra los boletos, se le reembolsará en Lima.
Provide housing (hotel or apartment). The Company may directly pay accommodations or give $35
per day per person, under The Company´s decision.
Brindar alojamiento (hotel o departamento). La Empresa podrá pagar directamente o entregar $35
por día por persona, lo que La Compañia decida.
Airport pickup and daily local transport between hotel and circus.
Traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto y transporte diario entre hotel y carpa.
Provide accident insurance during work hours.
Brindar seguro contra accidentes durante el horario de trabajo.
Provide meals during rehearsals (lunch or dinner) and catering on show days.
Proveer comidas en días de ensayo (almuerzo o cena) y catering en días de función.
If heavy equipment is needed, The Company will handle sea freight shipping.
Si se requiere equipo pesado, La Empresa lo enviará por transporte marítimo.
5. LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE / RESPONSABILIDAD Y FUERZA MAYOR
Changes to this contract are valid only in writing signed by both parties.
Cualquier modificación del contrato deberá realizarse por escrito y firmada por ambas partes.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, illness,
etc.).
Ninguna parte será responsable por incumplimiento debido a fuerza mayor (desastres naturales,
guerra, enfermedad, etc.).
6. DISPUTES / RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If not resolved, the parties will submit to the
courts of the defendant’s country.
Los conflictos se resolverán primero por negociación. Si no se resuelven, se someterán a los
tribunales del país de la parte demandada.
7. FINAL PROVISiONS / DISPOSICIONES FINALES
This contract is made in two original copies in both Spanish and English, one for each party.
Este contrato se firma en dos copias originales en español e inglés, una para cada parte.
