For my project , I wanted to find out the evolution of mobile phone. Everyone
have a phone. But do they know evolution of this ?

The first mobile phone call
On 3rd April 1973, Martin Cooper from
the Motorola company talked on his
mobile phone as he walked through
the streets of New York . At the time
normal phones were attached by the
wires and cords. It was world’s first
mobile phone call. The phone
weighted 850 grams! It was very
heavy!

What was the first mobile
phone for the public?
In the 1970s, mobile phone
technology was still experimental. Until
1983, when DynaTAC 8000X was
created . It was huge-32 cm long. It
took 10 hours to charge battery and
you can talk only 30 minutes. It was
expensive. The phone cost $3,995!
Only rich people could this.

Today everyone have mobile phone.
We can use them to take photos ,
watch videos , surf the Internet, pay ,
play games and other. Today there
are billions of mobile phones in the
world. And there are many
companies of mobile phone. Like :
Samsung ;apple ; honor and other .
