ecology"
Performed by: 10th

2.

Nature protection
is a system of measures aimed at
maintaining interaction
between humans and the
natural environment,
ensuring
the conservation, rational
use and reproduction
of natural resources.

3.

Environment Day
has been established
It was established by the UN General
Assembly in1972 and has been celebrated
annually by the entire world
community ever since. Day
is considered one of the most important
events in the environmental calendar.
The annual celebration of Environmental
Protection Day helps to draw
public attention to environmental
issues and highlights the urgent
need to change human attitudes
towards natural resources.

What has affected the pollution of the
lithosphere?
This is pollution of the soil cover as a result of industrial, construction or agricultural
activities.
Metals, fertilizers, chemicals, and radioactive substances enter the soil, changing its
chemical composition.
The soil cover is also being destroyed by mining operations, after which terricons
remain and a bedland is formed.

5.

What has affected the pollution of the
hydrosphere?
It occurs due to the discharge of industrial, agricultural, household waste, as well as wastewater
into reservoirs.
Currently, the volume of wastewater is 25% of the "water ration" of the Earth.
The most polluted rivers are the Yellow River, Sungari, Mississippi, Nile and Ganges.

6.

What has affected atmospheric pollution?
This is due to the work of industry and transport, which emit billions of tons of solid and gaseous
particles into the air.
Carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide account for the largest share of air pollution.
Due to the global circulation of the atmosphere, acid rain can fall even in areas far from the
main pollution centers.

7.

PROBLEM SOLVING
There are three main ways to solve
environmental
problems:
A) The creation of sewage treatment
plants, the use
of low-sulfur fuels, and waste recycling
B) Transition to low-waste or no-waste
production
C) Rational placement of "dirty"
industries

NATURE CONSERVATION
At the end of the twentieth century, developed
countries took care of the environmental
situation in the world
Laws are being passed, the green
movement is intensifying
penalty systems are being introduced,
reserves and protected areas
are being created The UN has adopted an
environmental protection program
Since 1972, the UNESCO Convention\
on the Protection of World Heritage Site
