An «astronomical miracle»

temporarily have a second satellite, a miniMoon. It is a small celestial body that arrives
from the asteroid belt. This time, the cause of
the "double moon" was the asteroid 2024 RT5.
To observe this object, you need a telescope
with a diameter of at least 30 inches also a
CCD or CMOS detector. A 30-inch telescope
and a human eye behind it will not be enough.

A restless capybara named Cinnamon escaped from the Zoo Zoo and Dinosaur World in
Telford (England). The "escape" happened exactly a week ago.
The disappearance of Cinnamon, of course, led to the organization of searches and, last
Tuesday, thanks to drone footage, the capybara was found grazing in a field just 200
meters from the zoo.

This fall, a new season of the "Battle of
Robots" starts, which is supported by
the Ministry of Finance of Russia. This
is an international championship in
which both the work of experienced
engineers and novice specialists from
different countries.
This year, for the first time, the "Battle
of mini-robots" will take place at the
championship: this is a new, separate
discipline from the main one, in which
only pupils under 17 could participate.
Robots in this discipline are smaller
and lighter: their weight cannot exceed
1.5 kg.
