Firstly, what is active voice?
Usuall sentences where action is done by
subject.
E.g. I baked a cake (i did it, not someone else)
I read a book in the local library after lessons
yesterday (again, i did that)
Etc…

What is passive voice?
In passive voice, the subject is not doing the
action; it is being acted upon.*
The cat was chased by the dog. (The focus is on
the object, «cat,» which receives the action.)
