refers to how people experience and

It is often used to measure mental
health and happiness, and it can be an
important predictor of individual
health, wellness, and longevity.

Ed Diener divided the key components of happiness to: Frequent positive
affect, Infrequent negative affect, Cognitive evaluations.
Happiness is very connected with subjective well-being. Subjective
well-being refers to how you feel about your life and is often used as a
measure of happiness.
