1. Splashing eyes- Fill the mouth full, with water and splash the eyes with water (normal
temperature) 10 times and then spit the water
2. Oil pulling- After brushing teeth, take 5 ml of Sesame oil, olive oil or coconut oil and rinse it
for 5 minutes or as much as possible and spit it
3. Nasal Drop- Put 2 drops of Almond oil in each nostril
4. Self-massage- All over the body
5. Rubbing Sole- The sesame oil or coconut oil in sole of the feet for 2 minutes
6. Navel oiling- Put 2 drops of oil into the belly button and rotate clockwise for 10 times.
7. Eye lubrication- Put 2 drops of ghee in both the eyes
