example: Kyiv, Rivne, lviv,
Kharkiv and other. It is
country, where live hardworking and honest people.

The capital of Ukraine is Kyiv. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
Kyiv is located on the picturesque banks of the Dnipro river. Kyiv is the
political, economic, scientific, industrial and cultural center of Ukraine. It has
a lot of places to visit. For example: the Golden Gate, St. Sophia’s
Cathedral, the House with Chimeras, Mariyinskiy Palace, the Kyiv-Pecherska
Lavra.

Kyiv is a very old city. It is more then 1500
years old. There is a legend about brothers
Kyi, Shchek, Horyv and their sister Lybid,
who find the city.

The main street of the city is Khreshchatyk
street. It is lined with chestnuts, lime trees and
poplars. Independence square is at the
northern end of the city. It is the most
popular place for national celebrations and
holiday events.

Kyiv has a well-developed transport system:
many cars, buses, trams carry passengers
around the city. There is also an under ground,
an airport, a railway station and a river port.

so many paces to visit that we can
not see everything by one short trip.
