About Institute
Perm State Institute of Culture was founded in 1975 in order to train professional staff for regional cultural
institutions
In 2018, the PGIC successfully passed state accreditation. Every year,
the Institute performs all indicators of monitoring and evaluating the
effectiveness of universities.
Over the past 45 years, more than 14.5 thousand people have
graduated from PGIС. Currently, more than 1,000 students study at
the full-time, part-time and correspondence departments of the
university.
