How to make pumpkin waffles for breakfast?We've already had a lot of hot pumpkin recipes and desserts, and today we're offering you some inspiration for a seasonal breakfast!

Ingredients:
• Pumpkin (mashed or grated) - 250 g;
• Sour cream – 75 g;
• Corn flour - 200 g;
• Baking powder - 5 g;
• Salt - 2 g;
• Eggs - 2 pcs;
• Vanillin - to taste
Recipe:
1. In a deep container, mix eggs, salt and vanillin with a mixer.
2. Add sour cream there and mix.
3. Add baking powder and corn flour to the resulting mass. Stir until smooth.
4. Add pumpkin and mix with a spatula.
5. Heat up the waffle iron, grease it with oil and carefully lay out the dough. 3-5 minutes of baking are enough to achieve an appetizing golden color.
Top the waffles with a poached egg, cream cheese, bacon or salmon.
