I’m going to give a talk about crimes and punishment
in Germany.

The German Criminal Code provides for such types of criminal penalties as
basic and additional. In addition, the criminal law of Germany provides for
such a legal institution, unknown to the criminal law of Russia, as additional
consequences.

As you see, if commit assualt you must be imprisonment for up to five years or a
fine.
Let’s move on to bribery. If you commit such a crime, you face imprisonment for
a period of 3 months to five years; in less serious cases – imprisonment for up
to 2 years or a fine; in especially grave cases – imprisonment for a term of at
least 2 years, the upper limit is not limited by law.

A disorderly conduct in Germany is punishable by a fine and imprisonment for
up to one year.
For the distribution of drugs, the law provides for punishment in the form of a fine
or imprisonment for a period of five years.
As for harm to reputation then for this threatens a large monetary fine or up to
one year in prison.

If we talk about rape, then in Germany for this I can give imprisonment from 1 to
15 years.
As for blackmail, if you commit you will be punished by imprisonment for a term
of one to ten years or a significant monetary fine.
For hijacking, German criminal law provides for imprisonment for disputes from
three months to 10 years.
