phenomenon, existing in Russia since the
late 1990s. In different regions, state
structures are engaged in it: from
specialized departments in departments
and ministries of education to individual
ministries of youth policy.

- development of a legal act regulating the activities of regional youth governments and youth parliaments
and their interaction with regional executive authorities;
- coordinating councils for the development of volunteering and other areas have been introduced;
- there are official representatives of the authorities responsible for the development of youth policy in the
region;
- elaboration of a general concept for the development of youth policy in the Russian Federation until 2035;
- a legal act regulating the establishment and interaction of organizations overseeing the development of
interethnic relations;
- development of a legal act regulating the activities of regional youth governments and youth parliaments
and their interaction with regional executive authorities.
