answers with examples, but we could

This example is for a both sides essay. If we were asked to make a choice then we’d just use one side
– forget about the other opinion. Remember to keep it simple. It’s meant to be a guide not your essay.
The analysis and brainstorm should take 5 – 7 minutes total. As soon as you’ve enough ideas – move
on.

Some hold the opinion that
universities should invest similar
levels of funds in sporting facilities
for students as those spent on
library facilities. I disagree with this
point of view as not all students
use on-campus sporting facilities,
but the vast majority will use the
library.

In all universities there are a range of gymnasiums and other
sporting facilities which students can use at their leisure, however
many students prefer to study rather than use on-site amenities.
It follows then, that if a university invests the same amount of
money in sporting areas, that the funds used could have been
better spent on purchasing books that students otherwise may
need to buy themselves.
