planet and many organizations are engaged in their
elimination. so I want to talk about one of them.

What world organizations do you know ?
What ways to combat pollution do you know?
In your opinion , what is the biggest problem of
mankind in the field of ecology?

4. Greenpeace The world's most popular organization, the creators of which are opponents of uncontrolled inspections of nuclear

weapons. They were the first Greenpeace members. The goal is
ecological revival and attraction of people's and Government's interest in nature protection.
The society was financed by concerned citizens.

5. The main objectives of the Fund:

stopping global warming;
preserving the nature of the oceans;
protecting forests;
ensuring nuclear disarmament;
introducing ecological farming;
stopping the manufacture of toxins.

7. In their activities are guided by the principles:

Independence. Participants accept money for donations
from people, private charitable companies. They refuse to
help the authorities and political parties.
Peacefulness. Achievement of tasks is achieved in a
nonviolent way. If they are threatened, they do not
respond in kind.
Boycotts by actions. The organization believes that the
actions of indignation will attract people's attention.

hunting of whales.
