4. Assist new prospect with the sign up process

Some prospects might have difficulties filling out the new
member form and completing their registration.
When possible, it is highly suggested to take the time and
assist them with the process.
This ensures that the new member is created correctly and
avoids loosing out on new downline members because they
were unable to register.
If it is not possible to assist them during this process, we
suggest you outline the steps to these new prospects to
maximize their chances of registering successfully.
It is also a good idea to remind these new prospects that they
can reach out to a live chat agent at anytime during the
registration process if they face issues. If online, an agent
will assist them directly. If in offline hours, a ticket will be
created and the member will be answered the following day

5. Assist new prospect with the purchase of his membership

Once the prospect has created his account, he will still have to complete the
step of purchasing his membership in order to become active as well as become
part of you personal downline. It is also important for this new prospect to enter
the same program(s) as you did in order for you to receive commissions on this
member.
For these reasons, we highly suggest assisting all new downline members with
their product purchases.
The new members should also be advised to take down their payment
confirmations in case any status check is necessary. They should also be informed
that payment processing can take up to 24 business hours.

6. Product purchases for new members

In the revamp, we introduced a new product view.
New members are suggested three packages:

Appi 5 in 1 – Includes: All 3 levels of the Appi Fund, Explorer even up and VIP1

Appi Tri pack – Includes: Explorer Fund, Explorer Even Up, VIP1

Appi Explorer Fund
This change was done in order to simplify purchases for new members seeing as we have a lot of products to choose from.
It is still possible for new members to purchase any of our other products as well. To see all the products, the new
member must click on the “Click here for our full list of products” link and they will be directed to the regular product
screen and will be able to select any product.
Important Note for Sponsors: As an upline, to receive commissions on downline members, you yourself must also be active
in whichever program the downline member is in.

7. Ensure new downline members have a good understanding of their programs

In order to be
successful, the new
members will have to
have a good
understanding of the
program they are in
and how it works.
This is why a sponsor
should take the
appropriate time to
have a discussion
about the programs
with the new
member to ensure
they are up to date
on presentations and
understand them.
Doing so increases
their likelihood of
being successful
which in turn will
make you more
successful as well.

8. Ensure new downline members have a good understanding of the back office

New members might not have a good understanding of everything contained in
their back office of how to use it when they start.
This is why we suggest that as a sponsor, you take the time to inform new users
of the steps they should take to lean how it works and setup their accounts
properly.
Members should be directed to:

Look at the getting started section to find out new presentation on Dashboard
Navigation, Profile Management Reserve Bank and Withdrawals

Setup a free merchant account and configure it in their profile settings

The more successful your team is, the more successful you are yourself.
Marketing and promotion:

Go through the various types of marketing and promotion that can be used by
members to promote Appi Travels and grow their teams

Establish a group marketing strategy to maximize the entire teams efforts
(Ex: team rotators)

11. Upgrade Strategy

The bigger the team, the more profitable it becomes to work multiple programs
simultaneously. It allows you to compound your efforts since you already have a
solid team build.
This is why we suggest establishing an upgrade strategy with your team that will
also be followed by the various downlines. This way the entire team grows and
upgrades as a unit, maximizing earnings for the entire team in the process.

12. Collaboration and Growth

We suggest having regular exchanges with team members in order to collaborate
and grow as a team.
Checking in periodically with your downlines and making sure they are going well
keeps moral high which usually translates to increased success. Also, Different
team members might have different ideas and tips on how to promote Appi
Travels or explain how it works or anything else for that matter. Exchanging these
ideas and techniques will increase the likelihood of each team member to have
success.

While a sponsor has responsibilities towards downline members, downline
members also have responsibilities towards their sponsor.
As a downline member you should:

Take the time to get up to date on available presentations and training
material as well as ready up on the FAQ’s

Make efforts to promote his own organisation. Sponsors help, they do not do
the work for the entire team.

Use the tools at their disposal. (FB community, Appi Tools, Etc.)
-
Ask for help when it is needed.

As a first step in building their organisation, affiliates should always remember
to:
Sponsor 2 Affiliates
Help your two referrals sponsor their first 2 downline members
Once that step has been completed, continue building your own organisation in
the same way.
This strategy will ensure guaranteed success for your entire organisation.

17. Sponsor Changes

Sponsor changes are regularly not done by the
organisation. It can have financial impacts on
many team members so we do try to avoid them
as much as possible.
If however, a downline team member is unable
to get any type of assistance from their sponsor
or are subject of misconduct from the sponsor,
Appi Travels will look into the situation and
possibly make a sponsor change.
This is why we would like to remind all our
sponsors that we are a people helping people
program and want all our sponsor to help their
affiliates becomes the best they can be.
