Кондитерская промышленность - отрасль, производящая высококалорийные пищевые
продукты, в составе которых, как правило, содержится большое количество сахара.
Кондитерские изделия делятся на сахаристые и мучные.
Эта отрасль является одной из наиболее динамично развивающихся отраслей пищевой
промышленности.
Актуальность:
Актуальность темы исследования состоит в том, что печенье пользуется большим
спросом у потребителей.
Цель проекта:
Организовать предприятие по производству печенья и получение прибыли.
Задачи проекта:
1. Понять, что такое кондитерская промышленность.
