Guess the Season
There are four seasons in a year:
Spring
Summer
Autumn
Winter
There are special changes that take place
in each season.
We often see these changes in
the world around us.

Spring
Spring is an exciting time. It is a time when plants begin
to grow again, baby animals are born, and other animals
wake from their long winter sleep.

Summer
Summer is lots of fun. The weather gets warmer, and the
days get longer. Flowers are in full bloom, and we may see
bees and butterflies in our gardens.

Autumn
Autumn is a beautiful time of the year. The leaves on some trees
start to change colour before they fall to the ground. We may see
squirrels and other animals gathering food before winter. The
days start to get shorter, and weather gets colder.

Winter
In winter, the weather gets colder. We may see ice on the ground,
and it can sometimes snow. Some animals go into hibernation.
The days are very short, and we may need a coat and hat when
we play outside.
