- Leader makes a greater contribution in the work of
the group than the rest of its members
- Leader is legitimized through confidence from the side
of the members of his group
- Leader is able to solve both instrumental and
expressive tasks

types of activity:
- Business (person mostly directed to solving problems,
taken into the process of its solving)
- Personal ( the person mostly directed to self –

• first: a philosopher with his own philosophy which is
coordinated with the principles of harmony of a man,
society and nature;
second: a psychologist having the ability to estimate
objectively psychological state of a concrete person,
managed team as well as to create appropriate
psychological climate in the whole system run by him;

• third: the sociologist who can rightly estimate and
use the actions of all social factors of the surrounding;
• forth: the teacher possessing modern, methodology of
educating and bringing up people directed at solving
tactical problems

thoughts of outstanding people, but it is also necessary
to generate your own ideas and try to live and work
according to them.
• The higher a leader’s position, the more he must
know, understand and not only use his functional duties
but also his functional possibilities.
