organizations workforce, as well as the value and attitudes of
an individual involved. It is the sum total of inherent
abilities, acquired knowledge and skills represented by the
talents and aptitudes of the employed persons”.

Management is a combination of the process of
planning, organizing, directing, and controlling
resources in pursuit of organizational goals.
Management is the process undertaken by one or
more individuals to coordinate the activities of others
to achieve results not achievable by one individual
acting alone.
