A report is a a type of official writing
written for someone on authority.

What tenses do we use to
write a report?
A variety of Present tenses.

How many paragraphs should a
report include?
A report should include four paragraphs:
An addressee (to whom report is written)
A short introduction (purpose and content of
writing)
The main body (divided into sections where
the sentences must be short and easy to
understand)
Conclusion (summarizing the main points)
