Some principles of the jump technique:
- In the initial position before the jump, the legs should be spread shoulder-width
apart, the knees slightly bent, and the back straight.
- At the moment of the jump, you should perform a hip flexion, bending at the waist
and keeping the back straight.
- During the free fall, it is important to maintain a stable body position: the arms
should be pressed against the sides or slightly raised forward for balance, the back
should be straight and slightly tilted forward, and the head should be raised and facing
forward.
- When approaching the ground, it is important to land correctly: bend your knees to
